construct a line through British -Kowloon to a point on the frontier, I

Extension Telegraph Company have in

accordance with Your Lordship's

-permission laid a cable across the

harbour and are

prepared to

connect their line with that

of

the

Wa Hop Company at the frontier, but it appears that the latter Company
